Refund policy

By placing an order with our store, you agree to the following return and refund terms. We accept returns and refund requests within 45–60 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers must provide proof of purchase or a valid order number when requesting a return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Certain items, including final sale products, personalized items, gift cards, and digital products, are not eligible for return or refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 45 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions or show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
